Nikitas Apartments was built by the owner Yorgos and his father Nikitas.

The building consists of five separate accommodations:
• two top floor studios
• two middle floor 1 bedroom apartments
• one ground floor studio

Each accommodation has its own entrance and private terrace with sunbeds. All are well equipped and comfortably furnished. All apartments have hairdryers for your use. We also have an iron and ironing board if you need one, a baby cot, and an additional camp bed in case of an extra guest.

Free wi-fi and air conditioning are available in the property.

Top Floor Studios

Stone stairs on either side of the building lead up to these light and airy studios. The front terraces have breathtaking views down to the harbour and across to the islands of Alimnia and Rhodes. Each studio has an additional rear balcony with views over the hillside towards the island’s windmills and beyond.

Both studios are large and open plan, with double beds, table and chairs, and a kitchen area fitted with a cooker and large fridge. The kitchens have all the necessary equipment for a self-catering holiday.

Middle Floor Apartments

These first floor apartments are accessed via the stone steps at each side of the building, and the views from the two individual terraces are stunning.

Both apartments have a separate bedroom with twin beds and a window onto the enclosed back garden which is planted with fruit trees and bougainvillea. They have a large living room with a kitchen area and table and chairs to easily seat 4. The sitting areas are furnished with comfortable sofabeds which open out to make two extra single beds, so the accommodation is ideal for a family group.

The kitchens are well fitted with a separate cooker, a large fridge, and all the necessary equipment for your holiday catering.

Ground Floor Studio

This studio has its own private and gated terrace with fantastic views down to the harbour and across to Rhodes. It is a charming space but a little bit different in character because the inside is stone-faced. It has been tastefully furnished with twin beds, fitted cupboards and all the expected kitchen facilities including a cooker and large fridge. The bathroom is compact, but has a proper shower, toilet and hand basin.
